Program regarding Simatic Prosave during taking backup

I am facing a problem at time of taking backup from Siemens TP1200 using Prosave. "Could not establish a connection. check your setting, interface & cable" warning is coming. i am using ethernet cable. what can i do??

You usually need to make sure that you are using the Ethernet transfer settings on both sides. I believe the panels use PN/IE by default, which doesn't support all prosave functions, so you need to switch.



WHY are there two different options for Ethernet based transfer? No idea; it's a huge pain.
