Hello every one I am facing with problem with Omron CJ Series Analog I/O module MAD42. The 'RUN' LED is Lit and the 'ERC' LED is also Lit. I am using AI 1 & 2 as current inputs (4-20mA) connected to Analog outputs (4-20mA) of Digital indicators. Please help me know the possible cause.

'ERC' LED - Alarm has occurred (such as disconnection detection) or initial settings are incorrect.
Refer to 9-2 Operating Procedure of the above manual for a sequence of steps to follow.
