RSLogix 500 Can't do online edits

Hello all,
In RS 500 my program will not allow me to make online changes.
When I click on the ladder properties, the check box for "Allow Online Edits" is not there.

What is the cause for this to happen?

That's right - no online edits on 1500. The model #s are kind of deceiving - You would think on-line edits would be possible on the "higher" model #s, but they're only available on 1100 and 1400

Thank you for the responses. As noted I was slightly misled beings we can make online edits to our 1100s.

ML1500 has been obsolete for 10 years.
Maybe not if you ask AB, but in reality definitely yes.

Anything that doesn't use 5000 is outdated in my book!
