RSLogix 500 - Copy data files

Hey,
I'm looking for easy and fast way to copy data files from different data tables.
for example:
All F8 (255 elements) to F9 (same size of 255 elements).

Use 8 COP instructions, all with length 32. Starting (and dest) indexes of 0, 32, 64, 96, 128, 160, 192, and 224.
