RTD Module error(Allen bradlySLC5/03 )

Hi Every One,

While Configuring RTD Module in Rs logix 500 i am having error.
when i enable RTD channels i get this error file attached name" error".
whereas when i disable rtd module it is going on fault again. to get rid of this .
i remove rtd module from system,now system has no problem.

what particular error is this...?
Expert opinion required.
