s7-226 CPU WITH HMI OP77B communicating slow

We are using S7-226 CPU with HMI OP77B.The message upgradation and analog input is slow for 1 sec.Can any expert can give us hint how to make HMI update fast.Baud rate used was 19.2 KBPS in both HMI and PLC

1. Set higher baud rate (up to 187,5k)
2. Check communication cycle time for tags (in WinCC Flexible)
