Siemens sysmatic manager - Layout-

guys, I've just started to working on my SIEMENS sysmatic manager step-7 to create ladder diagram, while i'm working on it i found out the layout of my sysmatic manager lack a part which contains local variable for my newly created Function Block (FB)

this is the printscreen of my sysmatic manager.



The circled content is missing, how can i re-open it back? tried looking for solution but cant bump onto it..

Guys i know what is the problem with my, simatic manager..
It just appearing that my colleague has minimize the window..
