Has anybody sourced the internal fuses (incoming 480VAC) on a Sola power supply (SDN 10-24-480)? The fuse is marked 2.5A SOC on one end and AC/DC 400VSHV 12 on the other end. It's 20mm by 5mm, glass case with granules in it. I believe it's a ceramic slow blow fuse.
I tried to get through a local distributor. They didn't have anything like it and called Bussman tech support. They don't make one in that package size rated 400V and apparently don't want to, either.
I called Sola tech support today and they said that they don't sell fuses.

Any ideas?

Thanks in Advance,
Mike

Can Sola tell you who made the fuse? Is it listed on repair parts (that is too easy and user friendly). Wonderful product support.

Littlefuse maybe??

So what do you do ship back to factory to replace a fuse? Would that be covered by warranty (dumb question of week I know).

Good way to get people to buy your product.

Think I would find a different vendor.
