Good Day Everyone
Hope you are well. I am aware that you can setup a security feature in studio 5000 (same as RS logix 500 just a bit different in view) to protect your code.
I do know that you must go to Tools and select security and select source protection and follow steps to configure . But i wanted to do this while i am online with the PLC but the option for Source protection was greyed out .
1. Is this because i can only do this offline and then make a full download ?
2. Or do i need to do some setting changes that i can do this online ?
