temperature eror

Can any body help me...

i using S7200 in one of my project...in that i also using PT100 sensor and temp.transmeater and analoge i/p cartd.
Problem is i connected evry thing but intialy td200 shows 36deg after temp increase it shows until only 40deg. even after actuly temp is 80deg.
can any body tell me wat should be the problem?
