TMRF is just a fast timer. TMR is 0.1 seconds, TMRF is 0.01 seconds

UDC is an up/down counter, but I don't know of a HS UDC....pg 5-49

You will have to evaluate the specific Allen Bradley system for any hardware based high speed counting ability.
