uni-telway to profibus

Hello everybody

Iam working on upgrading project using S7-317 2PN/DP PLC.

Old drives are Telemecanique and I will not upgrade it. these drives are using uni-telway protocol.

The question ....... is there any adapter or gateway from profibus or profinet to uni-telway???
