Has anyone tried a USB to 9 pin serial adapter to connect to SLC500 and does it work ?
Seems like notebooks don't have anything needed to connect to PLCs anymore.

I have use the Radio Stack usb to ser. on Slc 500, Gv3000 drives and GE Fanu 90-70 with no problems and also on 5/04.

As Bernie said this has been covered before, but I have a couple of these and they work just fine. I have a Keyspan USA-19HS and another that I think came from Cables to Go.
