If by "+ Crack" hkazan is asking for a way to way to get a functional installation of WINCC without paying for it, then I suggest he go somewhere else.
As if you didn't work before with cracked software????? I have a licensed WinCC working on a project, but I want to test something and no need to pay extra just for testing.

If you download the evaluation version and install it on a PC where the Siemens software has never been installed it will work for 21 days. To download the evaluation version you just need to register in the Siemens website.

Oh, sorry, I got confused with the TIA Portal.
In your defense, WinCC Professional IS part of TIA Portal. it just so happens that it is based on WinCC v7, and so we're all guessing which one it takes after.
