Ladder

I think I got it. He has a N/C switch connected to, and turning on, an input :
- on falling edge of switch a latching circuit is to hold TOF (or a TON, no difference really in this case) even if switch rises again.
- after time out a pulse timer would activate an output for one second. Regardless of the status of N/C switch.
-then back to normal, N/C switch ( the input it is connected to) status is now considered again, and requires a falling edge to restart the sequence.
