Provisor TC200 PLC

I need the manual of this series Provisor (TC200 & B200), cannot find any info about this. Can anyone help me?

Hey guys, I've been searching frantically across the internet for TCPRGOS-W so I can program a TC200. Any chance someone could send me a link to download the software? That would be greatly appreciated.
 
Could someone please send me the TCPRGOS software too? Im assuming this is what you need to view tags and program a Provisor TC200?
