24Vdc power supply with +20% output adjustment range

Customer is trying to drive two loop powered LCD display in a 4-20mA loop, one them needs to be backlit, which drops enough voltage to shut the loop down powered by a 24.0V dc supply.

Anyone know of a DIN rail mount 24V DC supply (500mA would be more than enough capacity) with a wide enough (+) adjustment on the output to crank it up to 28V ?

we used automation direct at a plant.
Sola makes a power supply that will go to 27.5 volts if memory serves me correctly.

PULS is good kit, we use 1000's of them, very few issues.
