Good Afternoon ,
I'm somewhat new at using the Banner K50 Indicator Lights and Pro Editor Software. I set up one last year and it worked great.
The problem I'm having is communicating with my USB ports with the Pro-Kit-K50. I know my USB ports are working because I tried it on 3 laptops . Could it be that yellow barrel thing the MQDC-506-USB ? I took notice there is a " Switch" above the indicator lights on it , and I don't see much in the manual about that . Any thoughts what could be wrong ? Have any of you had a similar problem ?
