Hello,

I am new to WAGO PLCs and e!****pit. I am struggling to program a 750-881 PLC since I am unable to see/add an application under the "Program Structure." From what I see in video tutorials, an application gets automatically added whenever you establish a connection to the PLC and add the I/O modules but I have done this and I still don't see anything under "Applications." I tried searching online for solutions and all I found is that the 750-881 was discontinued.

Does anybody know what I am missing or where I can find more information about how to do this?

Any help is appreciated!

E!****pit is for the newer PFC100 and PFC200 controllers. The 750-881 is too old. It can only be used with Codesys v2 (more specifically v2.3.x, don't know which is the latest x supported by Wago).

Thank you, Toine!

I ended up calling WAGO technical support and they told me the same thing: that I need to use CoDeSys v2.3
I downloaded the Demo and I am now programming and familiarizing myself with it.
