Wonderware InTouch 2014 R2 Install OS Issue

Hi. I'm working to install Wonderware InTouch 2014 R2 on Windows Server 2008 R2. When I run the installer it automatically halts to an error 'Unsupported operating system detected.' There are no messages in the Windows event log.

I've ran the installer as administrator and rebooted the system; I am out of options. Any ideas?
