Issue about Mitsubishi plc receive serial communication package

Currently,we are facing the communication go through with 422 tx+ and tx-.
Mitsubishi fx5u series is used and using command rs2.
But the package received by rs2 is not same as using the serial debug assistant .
Would it be possible to use plc to receive the raw communication package?
