Modicon Quantum 434 Help

Hi all, hoping someone might know or have seen this. We have a Quanitum we are trying to get setup for some development. Its part number is 140 CPU 434 12U. However when we try to download anything to it, we get an error message saying that its a 585 Level 4 in ProWorx. I'm assuming this is a firmware issue? Not a Modicon guy, can count on 3 fingers the projects I've worked on with them, so some guidance would be appreciated.

Well after playing around with it today. Seems ProWorx 32 doesn't know how to handle the later firmware, so it is incorrectly reporting the PLC as a 584. I've searched all around for the Unity to Concept intermediate OS to allow me to downgrade the firmware. Does anyone happen to have "Unity_to_Concept_43412A_pvget16.bin"? I can not find it anywhere or any other version of it on Schneider's site. I have the other older bin files for firmware, but cannot find the intermediate OS.

Closed. Was able to get the file mentioned from Schneider Electric.

Hi team i have modicon CPU 434 12 but I keep getting moudle fault in rack A2 from slot 3 to 7 ALM ,what could be the problem, it comes and disappears for some times leading to unnecessary downtime
