SCADAPack 334 - Can't Connect My Device via USB

I've been trying to connect using Telepace, and when I connect via Modbus/USB with different printer cables, I get an error message saying, "The send command operation failed. The USB connection is in use by another application." When I connect via Ethernet, everything works fine, and the USB port on my computer functions correctly with other devices. My operating system is Windows 11.

Any help would be really appreciated—thanks!

I've been researching this issue for a while and haven't found any solution that works so far. I'm starting to believe it might be a compatibility problem with Windows 11.
