Siemens PLC board for test input /output

Same questions whit too little information don't make it any easier.

What input is the switch connected to and what output is the light connected to? we would need an address before we can make a sample

please see to attached photo

ASI module .AC2459 has 4 input and 4 output 24 vdc
we have one push button connecteced to input No1 and indcting lamp 24 vdc connected to output no 1 on ASI module .AC2459 .
i am first time use ASI module .AC2459 and i don't know how to made it's address .
