With the Micromaster 440 it's possible to apply PID control. Sometimes Autotuning doesn't work, don't know why ?!
Therefore I need to give a Proportional factor myself, the Integration time myself and the dirivate time myself. But I don't know a lot of PID and don't know what to fill in ???

Help needed

Thanks

hey

Yes I did,

PID:

for the P factor you must icrease the factor until it becomes unstanble, then take a value bit less where it still works stable

The I time, just the same, but here u must decrease.

Download with FB40; the blocks are integrated in DriveES
