SIMATIC Automation Tool

Does anybody know how to get a copy of this?

I am trying to download off the Siemens website, it says it is free, but when I try and download it I get asked to request approval to download but then get nothing!

I need to enable a customer to upload a new copy of the PLC file and they do not have TIA portal. Looking on Google the suggestion seems to be using SIMATIC Automation Tool. Unless there is another way?

It is an S7-1212, originally built in TIA portal.

You need to get your account approved for downloading export restricted software. Its under your account settings.
