I want to interface a Soil MOisture Sensor with my PLC.

Can anybody suggest me a low cost soil moisture sensor that gives analog voltage as output.

check arduino, the sensor is cheap and the UNO has 6 analog outputs of 5 Volt.
No problem for a 10 Volt input.

I believe that adafruit.com may have something along this line.
