I need to exchange about 50 pieces of data between a PLC 5/60 and a SLC 5/04 and the data is a mix of floats, Integers and bits.
Both PLC's are on a plant DH+ network so I need help with setting up messaging to exchange this data.
It will be a 1 way exchange meaning there is data in the SLC that I need to write into the PLC 5 (or would it be better to read it in from the PLC 5?)
I don't need to move data from the PLC 5 to the SLC. I have no idea how to set this up and looks like AB has done so cleaning out of many PLC 5 topics on their knowledge base.
