How we configure S7 300 plc and GT Desinger2 Runtime

Hi Everone,
i am new in mitsubishi software.so i want to know how we configure s7 300 plc and GT Desinger2 software Runtime,Is it possible?
S7 300 plc CPU 315-2DP
Net Link pro compact Adapter(MPI,PPI and Profibus Gateway).
GT Desinger2 Software with simulator.

What makes you think that you can do anything on a Siemens PLC using Mitsubishi software?
