Twincat 3 runtime error

Hello, I get this errors when I try to activate the configuration . I'm using windows 10.

Has anyone experienced this problem?

Yes the Twincat version is '3.1.4020.0'

Did you try to run .bat as admin that message is saying as failed?

Yes, the hint says about the win8, I'm running a win10.

You dont really expect them to correct all error messages? Win10 is not really that far from windows8(.1). Did you contact beckhoff support yet?
