CX-Programmer 9.6 Freezes while connecting Via Serial

I am trying to connect to a CJ1M-CPU11. CX-Programmer 9.6 (Windows 10) is freezing while connecting via serial port. It gets to the "Searching" Screen and just freezes. Any ideas? This is a fresh install of CX-Programmer on a new computer.
