Hello,

I am used to RSLogix 5000 for timers and counters. I am wanting to have a free running counter using Unity Pro but see there isn't a .dn bit in Unity Pro's TON block. Does anyone have experience in Unity Pro for creating a free running counter? Thank you.

What is there to explain?

You dedicate a register... Whatever it is called on your PLC.

Have an unconditional ADD instruction somewhere, that is executed every scan.

So, every scan, REGISTER = REGISTER + 1.

That is a free-running counter.
