op20

I have problem about my siemens op20.When I try to load the program to op20,op20 shows $040 and $115 message and I am not able to load the program to op20.What can I do to solve tat problem.

For an OP7, 17 the $040 would be driver --- Check physical connection.
If FAP is set, the character time delay setting may be too short

$115 -- Establishing of logical link with PLC in progress.

May want to check cable and/or reset the OP for transfer. I could not find a manual for a OP20 so I used the OP7, 17 manual.

I uploaded program from working op20,and transfered to the spare op20,but when I connected spare op20 to the machine,it didnt work and gave a same system message $40 and $115,there is no problem at connection because when I connect the other op20,it works. FAP is same(12*10ms) ,is that FAP too short?
