Hi all, nice to meet you

I have a logic board interface witch drives power relays.

Please i need to build a PLC system to interface with the above logic board with the following requirments:

1) 8 Analog inputs for potensiometers to control 0-5V DC
2) At least 14 digital outputs with 5V DC out.
3) Touch screen for monitor and controling purposes.
4) Communication with mobile (Optional)
5) Easy programming interface

Total budget about 700-1000 euro's

Please advise

Thanking in advance

HI,

you won't get very far with this budget. A touch screen alone may cost you 500.- Euros. You probably looking at 2k. Realistically.

The Horner XL4 above has a built in Touch Screen HMI. Free Software and should be around your budget when coupled with some extra analog inputs and digital outputs.

The other PLC to consider is the click PLC by automation direct. Free software and CPU's with built in Ethernet (Modbus TCP). You can use one of their touch screens or connect using the Free AdvancedHMI interface with a computer.

The above should bring you within budget as well.
