Master PLC Module communication TCP/IP error slot 3

Hi guys,
I would like to know why this fault alarm is coming "Master PLC Module communication TCP/IP error slot 3. My CPU 317 2 PN/DP. I checked physically but don't find any abnormal and machine is working as normal.
Please tell me what is the meaning of this alarm.
