InBatch recipe export to excel

Hi
I have a recipe i want to convert to excel for documentation purposes. I know i can export to xml and open that in Excel

Is there a method or guide for manipulating the xml into a more sensible list, in order similar to procedures/operations/phases/parameter/value/units
