ft view me 9.0 and viewpoint 9.0

howdy all,

anyone had a problem with view me and viewpoint 9.0 converting to 8.0 run time file?
during conversion to run time application the convert utility chokes at the viewpoint part of the conversion and the utility reports that it is not responding to windows....
switching to windows 10 and newest rockwell is not proving very productive.... im sure its something im not tickling
