I have a rack with two L5561 controllers and trying to communicate with either one. Can Ping the address of the Ethrnet module successfully so I'm on the correct network, but with trying to go online I get "Failed to go online with the controller. Communications request failed. Error 701-8004250B" Tried to use the comm port but that does not seem to work either. I have another connection through another Ethernet module in the same rack that works okay. Any suggestions?

Yes I can see the backplane showing the entire rack with two controllers, 4 Ethernet cards a DeviceNet card and an output card. This is a test rack I use to play with and test code development. I was online using a different address and Ethernet card but I don't seem to be able to connect using this address. Not sure if the controller might be setup for security to use only certain slots or not but I have not set this up so should not be the case unless a program I downloaded had this feature. Not sure how to post an image otherwise I would, that would probably answer a few more questions.

Hey All,
After trying most everything that made sense I relented and did a re-boot and all is well again. Trying to avoid this as my computer is getting very slow and takes quite awhile to re-boot so the comms are back... Thanks!
