I am trying to setup communications between a M251 PLC using SoMachine 4.3 and a MicroLogix 1100 PLC. I have looked at the generic Ethernet IP device and also installed the eds for the 1100 and added that as a device. I need to talk with some N registers in the 1100 and do not understand how to setup the Ethernet IP device. Does anyone have experience with doing this or something similar.
