CAT5E for Start/Stop Transducer Cable

I'm extending the cable (to 100ft total) for an MTS temposonics transducer with Start/Stop output that will be in continuous flex.
Would Continuous Flex rated Shielded CAT5E be a good choice here? seems like a good fit.
