I'm going to have a panel wired in the near future and was going to follow NFPA 79 wire color coding guidelines. Up until this time we have used informal company rules as this equipment is typically for in house use only. Our department has been expanded and we are now going to start furnishing equipment for other locations within the company. I can find lots of Machine Tool Wire vendors providing solid color wire types but have not had any luck find a source for striped wire, e.g. White w/ Blue or Orange Stripes.

Who is a possible vendor here in the states that you have used in the past?

If you want to do a search use hook up wire or striped MTW. I had to do this when I was in TN to locate a place that would cut to length and stripe.

I have more but cant locate at this time. Check back. I have had to use several sources, will try to find them all.

I remembered, it was Omni Cable http://www.omnicable.com/SpecPage.asp?ngroupid=155
