Concept Ver2.5 Trouble

Hi All,

I run a Win2000 Machine and am having trouble running Concept, I have attached a pic of the error message.

I have uninstalled and re-installed Concept a no. of times, looked at the path for all concept files... they are as short as c:\concept\...

I am lost...

Somebody please help...
