s7-300 IFM what does this mean

can some one tell me what does the IFM mean in CPU 314 IFM, could this be german for s7-300 CPU 314C, what is does C mean anyways

ohh wait now, does it mean intergal functions somthing??

and whats the diffrence bettween this IFM and C and 314 alone?

S7-314 is a bare CPU and is the oldest version of this line.

S7-314 IFM means S7-314 with Integrated Function Module, this is a 314 CPU with already some INs and OUTs incorporated on the CPU.

S7-314C is the S7-314 Compact, this is the newest line of these CPUs. These have a smaller housing and use MMC memory cards.

hmm, nice, thanks for the info, i read that your a trainer, in another post, i asked about GRAPH examples in S7, i installed the dam thing but it had no example folder, can u possible send the ziped projects if u have them?? thanks
