Hello
I've a 10 Kohm Potentiometer and i have no idea how to physically wire it into my micrologic1000 analog PLC. can any one help me?

connect wiper to your analog input (wiper is usually
pin in the middle), connect one of the remaining two
potentiometer ends to DC common which should be tied to your
plc analog ground. connect remaining pin to voltage source
that doesn't exceed 10V - alternatively you can use 15k
resistor to connect it to +24V.
make sure plc was configured for voltage signal (depending on model there could be separate terminal for voltage).
turn potentiometer an observe values change in the input data table.
