How about a few more details? What is not working? I know nothing about Rockwell commands.

I am trying to shift bits into an array. Shift in a 1 if the position is occupied shift in a 0 if the position is empty.
I have tried to use this instruction but I cannot see anything happen to the array. How should this instruction work? Is it the right instruction for this application?
