PLC stop condition !

for which conditions PLC Processors get in to STOP mode automatically or say in running condition of processor.
To solve the problem i have to change a processor,
is there any way w/o changing of processor with the original processor.

SIEMENS make PLC.
S7-200 PLC ,CPU-212.

I am not sure if I understand you correctly..but a plc might switch to off mode when there is a fault and/or if a stop instruction is being called in the ladder diagram..

please give more details..we might help.

Hi Jayesh !

Have you tried downloading of PLC Ladder from PC to PLC ? For that matter does the PLC communicates with PC
presently?
