Put value on the net- PT01Q1 ??

hi there

my problem is that i am getting an analog input from a sensor and i want to put it on the net . so i have to update the input analog value .
But i could't do any thing with PT01Q1 . it doesn't get the status 1 even after i trigger the PT function block . ???
please give any smple examle of that .
