Does anyone konws what is the difference between 6ES5470-8MA11 and 6ES5470-8MA12 ? Can I replace to each other ?

Analogue output module suitable for S5-90U/-95U/-100U, ET 100U,and yes you should be able to replace the 6ES5470-8MA11 with the 6ES5470-8MA12.

6ES5470-8MA12 was discontinued 1/10/2004 with total discontinuation 1/10/1013.

I am not sure what the 8MA11 is, but from what i found in the Siemens ST50 on page 48. The 8MA12 is a 2 analog output +/- 10v.
