When I want to configure my OP273 Using WinCC Flexible Advanced I encounter this Error message:


Error : Download is not possible. This WinCC flexible ES version and the operating system version on the operating system are not compatible. Update the operating system on the operating unit (perform bootstrapping if necessary).

Can anybody help me ?

- I am using Win XP pro on My computer

You can update the OS in your panel from Winccflexible.

In flexible Project --> Transfer --> OS update --> Then it automatically selects correct image file for your panel. Download as usual, simple as that .. !
