Please help me to get information in which website that I can donwload the manual instruction ( user guide ) of SIMATIC STEP 7 ver V5.3 + SP3.
And what is the meaning of SP3 ?

SP3 means "Service Package 3". A "service Packackage" is essentially an update... without saying so, in so many words.

I don't know if you can download it. It's delivered with the software as a PDF file.
